Starting Midnight

At midnight tonight, for the next week, I plan to eat less than 300cal each day and only drink water. I’m going to exercise three hours a day. And 1oo% no sugary junk food. I am not going to cave this time, no matter what. By Friday, if I succeed in this I will b y myself a new treat, not food, but maybe makeup or a new book. 
Lets hope this goes well.
